- Account information — your name, mobile number, and email address (when you sign in with Google).
- Product photos — the images you upload for AI photo generation and the results we generate for you.
- Transaction details — your credit purchases and payment status. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
- Device and usage information — device model, app version, and how you use the app, so we can keep PicMint reliable and improve it.
How We Use Information
- To generate your studio and model product photos using AI.
- To maintain your credit balance and process your purchases.
- To notify you when your photos are ready and send important service updates.
- To provide customer support and resolve your issues.
- To improve photo quality, reliability, and the app experience.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- AI service providers — your uploaded product photos are processed by trusted AI partners solely to generate your results.
- Payment partner — to process credit purchases securely.
- Cloud storage providers — to store your uploads and results securely.
- Legal authorities — only when required by applicable law.
Advertising & Analytics
We use the Meta (Facebook) App Events SDK to measure our advertising and understand how people discover and use PicMint. For this purpose, we and Meta may process your device's advertising identifier and app-event information, including app installation and activation, account registration, first AI photo generation, and purchases (including amount and currency). We use this for advertising, campaign attribution, analytics, and optimization.
We share these events with Meta Platforms, Inc. We do not share your name, phone number, email address, or uploaded product photos with Meta for advertising purposes. You can limit advertising tracking through your device's advertising-ID settings.
Data Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Access to your photos and personal information is strictly limited, and we retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.
Your Choices
- You can view and update your account information from the Profile screen.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
- You can opt out of promotional notifications from your device settings.
Children's Privacy
PicMint is a tool for business sellers and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you in the app.
Account and Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can contact us at support@picmint.in with your registered phone number or email, and we will process your deletion request within 48-72 hours.
