By creating an account or using the PicMint app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Service
PicMint turns your product photos into studio-quality, marketplace-ready images using AI. You purchase credits and spend them to generate photos. The credit cost of every generation is always shown before you spend.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate account information (name, mobile number, and email if you sign in with Google).
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your device and sign-in method secure.
- PicMint is a tool for business sellers and is intended for users aged 18 or above.
Credits & Payments
- Credits never expire. Purchased credits stay in your wallet until you use them.
- No debit on failure. Credits are deducted only when a generated photo passes our quality check and is delivered to you. Failed generations never cost you credits.
- Free regenerate. Every delivered result can be regenerated once for free if you are not happy with it.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable Use
- Upload only photos of products you own or are authorised to sell.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive content, or images of people without their consent.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
- Generated images are yours to use for your business, including on marketplaces such as Amazon, Meesho, and Myntra.
- You grant PicMint a limited licence to process your uploads solely to generate your results and operate the service.
Service Availability & Changes
We work hard to keep PicMint reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. We may update features, pricing, or these terms; significant changes will be notified in the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicMint's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits involved in that claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
